General Conditions
Access Hours: 10:00 am – 06:00 pm
All external guests must check in at the hotel reception to register and pay the full amount of the voucher in advance.
The mandatory deposit is credited and redeemable at any hotel-operated restaurants and bars during the validity period of the access.
Any unused credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The credit is considered a minimum consumption requirement.
All external guests must adhere to the hotel's internal rules and behavior policies, including dress code and pool safety regulations.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or revoke access or vouchers at any time, without prior notice, in case of rule violations or operational needs.
Pool access is subject to availability, especially during high occupancy or private events.Vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
Misuse of the voucher or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
