External Visits
All external visitors must pass by reception to register their entry, providing an identification document (ID or Passport).
Dress Code

During Lunch
The Kitchen restaurant:
Resort attire. No board shorts, no gym shorts, no tank tops, no flip flops.
The Vibe and La Luce:
Pool/beach attire.
During Dinner
Resort attire. No board shorts, no gym shorts, no tank tops, no flip flops.
Balcony
Hanging towels or clothes on the terrace railing is prohibited for aesthetic reasons. Please hang your towels in the clothes airers in the balcony.
Pool & Beach Towels
The hotel provides one beach towel card per person handed out during the check in.
These cards can be exchanged for towels in our Towel House beside the main swimming pool.
Only one towel per one card.
Return towels to the towel house to retrieve the card.
Towel card must be handed back upon check out to Front Desk.
A charge of 100 TND will be added to the final bill if guest fails to hand back the towel card upon check out.
Nudity or Topless
Since we are a family-friendly resort, it is not allowed.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
