At the time of breaking the fast, we welcome you with the essentials of Ramadan:

Fresh water, dates and leben, accompanied by a crudités bar, an assortment of condiments, marinated vegetables and olives, with olive oils and sauces.

A selection of hot and cold starters is offered daily:
Seasonal soups and veloutés
Fresh and composed salads
Savory bites and sautéed or gratinated vegetables prepared with fresh ingredients

The live pasta station prepared to order allows you to choose your toppings and homemade sauces,

enhanced with aged cheeses and fresh herbs.

At the heart of the buffet, the carving and daily grill station, prepared on site,
the pizza and artisanal bread station offers hand-crafted doughs baked on the spot.

Each evening, a selection of traditional Tunisian specialties according to the chef’s inspiration:
tajines, couscous, nwasser, brik, slow-simmered sauces, madfouna or mloukheia,

reflecting the richness of Tunisian culinary heritage.

The meal concludes on a sweet note with a desserts and delicacies area:
fresh fruit display and selections of Tunisian, Oriental and European pastries.
